I would also like to highlight that our rep has been very helpful and she is available to help or arrange help when there are any support delays in providing resolution to a particular issue.
The solution has a wide range of features, which means the initial configuration can take some time to fully align with organizational requirements. With improved UI simplicity and more guided reporting options, the overall administrative experience can be further enhanced.
Development tickets take lot of time to get resolved. They deliver but sometimes they default on their own given deadlines
Sometimes their technical support gives a timeline to resolve an issue, but they exceed that timeline and our resolution gets delayed. Their quality check team should also test all features properly before releasing the version as otherwise it wastes our time and increases the time. Overall we are happy but there are minor improvements and they should share root cause of any issue within time and not after two or three followups
