We use Remote Support Cloud, and the best thing about it is the flexibility. There is pretty much always a way to get to the machine if it is on the Internet. I also like that it incorporates command line, easy elevation of privileges, screen recording, and file transfer capabilities. It's the best remote software I've used.

    Session Recording Lacks Audio While AI And Mobile Features Are Suggested

    We are using Bomgar for more than 5 years and all our support is done with the remote support and client finds it easy to connect, only few improvements that could be done is when remote in Audio Support over the internet so we can call the client and connect and talk over now most time we call over Telephone line or zoom for voice and then connect over Bomgar, also we use the chat communication. and the session recordings get saved but without voice. this area could be improved

    Overall, BeyondTrust's remote support tool is an amazing product that rarely gives issues which is great when working with it almost every day. With the good performance, the rare issues are very negligible and are more of quality-of-life issues rather than performance issues.

    We moved from another support program over to BeyondTrust, and while we haven't fully completed the deployment throughout our organization yet, the experience with BeyondTrust has been much better. The support that we've received when issues have arisen, and just the overall usability of the program has made our jobs significantly easier from a perspective of remoting to user computers to assist for troubleshooting.

If you are an administrative user you can hop in easily if the device is on your network. If you pin Jump Clients, you can pull yourself into a machine even if it's off network. You can have user initiated sessions via email or code through a web portal, or a user can initiate a connection to representatives who are logged in and available. Once I am connected I can use the logged in user's credentials or elevate them and use my own, access the command line with my privileges, and transfer files. This makes it easy to help employees who are traveling and having issues. I also like the security mechanisms, in that you can restrict access to the cloud appliance so that only users in your network can access it.

Its reliable and bug free, functions works and client easy connect

You can view, but not control, macOS and iOS devices. It occasionally triggers EDR programs with its behavior, which will prevent the connection unless an exception is added. Occasionally the authomatic updating won't fully go through, and you might have to install the updated client manually.

More Audio/Voice Integration Need and Session Record with Audio then we can have a Transcript and then we can feed these transcript to an AI to help support to address similar issues. - More AI Integration needed, routine support tasks where AI should be able to give clear steps to the support staff - Reporting & Analytics show how well the support team is performing the tasks, also we need a feedback loop where Initiate a custom feedback form after the session where the client can provide some feedback of the support they got - Mobile Support, and future mobile app support could enhance accessibility - Impro File Transfer speed and simplify navigation
