Read Full ReviewThe name Teamviewer - is the only thing to like about this product / service as people are familar with it - but they wont' be the leader for long. They are constantly trying to justify their rising costs by introducing features no one asked for or want. Also, i'll give 5 star for the team, as they are Australian based as opposed to being in a developing country, where at least they can understand you and communicate with you effectively. Their support team are very good especially two staff members that I always deal with.
Read Full ReviewIt provides me a platform where I can literally log into my system within no time. I find it super easy to use without any extra steps. I can use it on different devices even if they are Windows, MAC and even can use it on mobile which makes it super handy.
Read Full Review- New user interface - New decisions that third world engineers make who never use the product themselves - The greed of the company - the slow user interface
Read Full ReviewI would some of its recent UI updates confuses me a bit also I wish it could a clear sign regarding someone is recording the session so it could be more transparency.

Slow and buggy application now. Constantly changing things around without informing their customers
Teamviewer was good, they were the leader of remote support software. Since the last couple of years they have made a massive change to their user interface. People who have never used the program for remote support are programming and altering the user interface to HOW THEY think it should look as opposed to asking users. They have brought in a support code method, as opposed to the team viewer ID and password and brought this out without informing their user base about this which was a massive issue. There app is buggy and slow - it's almost like it's likely built on Microsofts PWA (progressive web app) which is a website which pretends it's an app as everytime you click on something you have to wait for it to load unlike the previous version where it was running from your computer and was fast. They constantly need to change settings - recently they added an option that spooks Microsoft windows out - by creating a big warning at the top of the screen "IF YOU DONT KNOW THIS PERSON YOU CAN CLICK HERE TO DISCONNECT" - it might seem innocent enough however the users that are paying teamviewer, that are connecting to people who don't know alot about computers get freaked and and spooked out about this error message, and do you think you can turn it off NO. Someone in a developing country most likely (as team Viewer loves money and i'm sure if it mean saving money they would be hiring from developing countries) has decided that the best way to punish users would be too create these warnings on these remote support sessions, despite us spending thousands of dollars a year on team viewer, that WE are being affected. Team viewer will fall from their throne shortly. There is no way they can continue to dominate this market anymore by the quality and greed of their team. - Assistant Director Of Enrollment Center<50M USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
File Transfers Are Fast and Secure With Remote Desktop Access Capabilities
The speed of file transfer between different devices is super fast and the data is secure and inaccessible from any third person. I can even access my desktop, which is the most handy thing. I can also record the session which helps me in long duration sessions. - Digital Marketing Manager50M-1B USDMiscellaneousReview Source
