I have been working in the IT industry for the past 10 years and have worked hands on multiple remote access tools but among all these AnyDesk stands out as one the user friendly and efficient tool which is being used in my organization AnyDesk tool allows you to get quick remote access to any system worldwide just using a simple session key. Its Web-Based and Application-Based interface tool which makes remote session quick once access is taken credentials can be securely saved and which eliminates the request for permission repeatdeatly which helps to increase the prodcutivity For instance, one of the users in my organization has an issue with "Production Software" and he wasn't physically near the system previously, I have remote access to his machine, I was able to take remote access of his machine immediately without any additional approval and troubleshoot the issue and also shared my screen through the Anydesk Mobile application allowing him to overview the troubleshooting steps. In Another instance similar issue arise on another machine, As Anydesk has recording session feature through that recording session I perfromed the same troubleshooting steps which reduced my time to resolve the issue fast. Overall Anydesk has helped us in saving time, providing effective support and allows us to handle the issue quickly without any interruption.
