Everything has been great so far. We've used several different We first started using Zoho when it was free with Spiceworks, but after that relationship ended, we were in the search for a new remote software. Ease of use connecting to the end user is a top priority of ours. After using a variety of remote tools over the years, Zoho was really easy for our end users to grasp onto, more so than others. Pricing and ease of use made our decision easy. Since we have been with Zoho, everything has been great. Often times the users will be connected and waiting before we even give them instructions on what to do. I highly recommend Zoho.

I love using Splashtop for my remote access. It has an easy GUI interface and I feel safe using this product. We use it for about 700 desktops in our company. I love that there is a splash top app you can put on phones to assist our salesman out in the field. All in all, Splashtop delivers what's its intended for: safe, reliable access to our users inside and outside our network to assist with everyday IT issues.

it is quite commendable it just gives us ease to work with customers with one pincode and unlike other meeting systems we can add the multiple desktops at the same time which i love about the product
