While it does get the job done and has a good selection of features for the agents along with customisability it unfortunately manages to look and feel in every way like a Windows XP era product that has not changed since initial release.

    Rescue is an easy-to-use tool for both the customer and the vendor. It provides us easy session setup option with better control of the screen. We can manage multiple sessions at the same time. It also provides tools to take a screenshot or record the session. Which helps in gathering records of the session and troubleshooting.
