Clean Simple Interface, Ease of persistent remote access deployment access, remote support site is simple to direct cutomers to and get logged in.
Zoho Assist has an easy-to-use interface that makes it simple for both support techs and end users to start and manage remote sessions. Its web-based access allows connections from any computer, while multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security protection for remote access.
Multiple monitor support. Mobile device support. Integration with Zoho Desk.
There are few if any things I dislike... maybe the extra prompts before a remote session starts or the extra steps to get running on a mac, but those are more due to external forces than anything... maybe some of the restrictions on license levels, but thats more a function of my budget than anything, its a robust software for the level we pay for.
The level of post-purchase support is not as strong as that of some competitors, which can lead to slow issue resolution and less efficient assistance when help is needed
The only hitch so far was that the permissions required on macOS were beyond one particular user's ability to understand. We've had success with most users.

We were already familiar with Zoho Desk, so when we needed a way to add remote assistance, I was pleased that Zoho Assist was available. We have begun to use the service with successful tests on PC and iOS platforms.
