Clean Simple Interface, Ease of persistent remote access deployment access, remote support site is simple to direct cutomers to and get logged in.
Easyness of administering/managing remote access to a large number of computers
I love the unattended access portion and the ability to add notes on the Desktop display name portion which helps me remember which Desktops are what.
There are few if any things I dislike... maybe the extra prompts before a remote session starts or the extra steps to get running on a mac, but those are more due to external forces than anything... maybe some of the restrictions on license levels, but thats more a function of my budget than anything, its a robust software for the level we pay for.
No direct phone support for Zoho assist. No 2 monitors through windows native client.
I have not really had any issues with the product yet. One gripe would be while using unattended access not being able to login with the PC being off, but that would happen with any remote service. Second would be having to use the Authenticator app to login, but I understand it is for security reasons. Third would just be moving around in the program takes a little getting use to but once you get familiar with it, it is a breeze.

I have 2 technicians and 150 or so computers in my Zoho organization and have used it for several years. Overall experience is okay but there were ongoing technical issues happening every now and then until about 6-12 months ago. It is now more stable. I would still like the manufacturer to add support for dual monitors displayed at the same time properly. The Windows native client (which everyone preffers over web client) cannot display 2 monitors in the same time, which is a tough pill to swallow for many Zoho users that need to access their computers remotely through Zoho. Solid Remote Assistance Service Integrated with Zoho Desk
We were already familiar with Zoho Desk, so when we needed a way to add remote assistance, I was pleased that Zoho Assist was available. We have begun to use the service with successful tests on PC and iOS platforms. There was a macOS user who had trouble getting the client to work, so we have some additional testing to do so we can instruct our users to begin the remote session. But overall, we remain pleased.
