The simplicity of it is that you go to the app on your PC, request to start an admin by request session, give a reason and access will be granted. I also like how non-intrusive it is, you don't really feel the session starting. You are also given a disclaimer that you are being monitored during this session, which is good to know for privacy reasons.

I dislike how hard it is to find a way to message people with higher privileges to use the application/that manage requests. I also dislike how sometimes it's inconsistent at letting you know the admin by request session is over, and lastly while it's good that it's non-intrusive you can't really tell if you are currently in an admin session something on the pc icon would be nice to know while keeping non intrusiveness.

My usage is pretty simple, and I don't really have context about how the set up was planned but it's nice to see that my work is secured and that more critical set up in my work station such as system settings, and stuff that can affect the architecture of my pc can only be modified if I request an admin by request session
