Now I can connect to any computer I want using the session info which makes it easy to access the computer as per my need. Also the session is easy and smooth also I can share files during session which is pretty good.

That its a usable remote access tool.

The interface is intuitive and easy to set up and to navigate so remote sessions are quick even for new users with no technical skills. I like that it offers great security through end-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication so remote connections are secure from any unauthorized access. I also like that it supports mobile access.

Sometimes the security prompts disturb me during the session which I dislike also the interface is not so friendly due to the large number of options available.

Mostly that its widely used by scammers and they do whatever they can to squeeze more money out of you.

The tool has been exceptional, although the pricing can be a bit challenging.
