Simplicity of connecting without any complicated setup. You just share your userid and password and within seconds you get connected.

That its a usable remote access tool.

It has become quite easy to get IT support remotely because of TeamViewer. Instead of waiting for someone to have physical access to my device, I can just share a session code and get my issue resolved remotely. Its also easy to use and doesnt need much technical knowledge. The user interface is simple and decent.

Dislike

It depends a lot on internet speed and stability. A weak connection can make the experience frustrating due to lags and delays. Another drawback is that the free version feels quite limited compared to the paid plans.

Mostly that its widely used by scammers and they do whatever they can to squeeze more money out of you.

I think when the remote connection is active or TeamViewer is running in the background, the performance of other applications is affected. Also, sometimes while using TeamViewer ,there could be lag or disconnection issues.Also, sometimes session creation is a bit slow.
