The underlying streaming protocol is incredibly efficient. It consistently delivers high frame rates and multi-monitor support without taxing the host machine's CPU, making it virtually transparent to the end-user. Additionally, the ability to launch elevated admin sessions directly through the attended SOS module drastically reduces our time-to-resolution for remote staff.

The ease of remote accessing someone's computer after the streamer is set up. The ability to switch between monitors when the user has multiple is a game changer. Managing everyones updates remotely is very useful.
Session auditing and granular logging feel slightly disconnected from the primary workflow.
Cloud service that uses so many different servers on the internet over several suppliers made chasing IP addresses for firewall configuration a nightmare. Not able to define our own password complexity. Poor escalation process internally.
Occasionally when the users has 3 screens and working on slightly intensive stuff, splashtop on my machine will refuse to run on their machine.
