Splashtop is user friendly. It is really easy to switch screens when you are remoted in an associate's computer. Splashtop also supports integration with asset management solutions, which makes it very easy to find the device you want to remote into. Splashtop's overall ease of use is great for users that may not have a lot of technical expertise.

The speed and responsivenes are excellent, remote sessions feel as smooth as working directly on the computer.
Although rare, I've had dropped connections before. The initial setup and integration can be time consuming. The pricing may be more expensive in the long run compared to other solutions.
Cloud service that uses so many different servers on the internet over several suppliers made chasing IP addresses for firewall configuration a nightmare. Not able to define our own password complexity. Poor escalation process internally.
Occasionally, large files transfers take longer than expected.
