Features like patch automation, software deployment, asset tracking, and remote access have reduced manual efforts and improved visibility across our environment. While we did face some challenges during onboarding and configuration alignment, the product itself is stable and delivers good value once set up correctly.

It is an overall good product, will not compete with bigger companies but for the amount paid, it is a good choice. However, it lacks MDM integration and the overall functionalities seem to be set without thinking further (like the product is glued together). The GUI is not user-friendly and will take time to get used to it. However, if you are able to bypass all the above you will be able to manage your devices with day-to-day tasks (remote access, application deployment, policy management, etc).

Comprehensive feature set covering patching, remote access, inventory and deployment. Intuitive dashboard that gives a clear overview of all devices and compliance status. Automation capabilities help reduce routine workload and allow the team to focus on priority tasks The lightweight agent performs smoothly without impacting endpoint performance. Flexible reporting that is useful for audits and internal reviews.

1- The amount of features existing within the product. 2- The support team is helpful and replies really quick. 3- Remote access functionalities.

The product is very reliable, cost effective, and the interactive ManageEngine support team was excellent. The support staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even conduct a Managed Engine Health Check every quarter, visiting to assess whether your system is compliant. They also provide recommendations for the standard setup and advice on hardening your system. Their Products and services also provide you a free edition use of their Endpoint Security Management which includes Vulnerability Detection and Remediation, Peripheral Device Control, Application Control, Browser Security, and Bitlocker encryption for 25 Computers/Machine. This is where you can try their premium services and tools to gain a 365 degree visibility into your resources for free.

Dislike

Support is responsive but often primarily chat-based, which can sometimes slow down troubleshooting. Some of the configuration guidance required clarification since different engineers had slightly different approaches.

1- GUI is not user-friendly. 2- Logging is not showing enough information about any specific issue, users need to dig deeper to find out what happened and how. 3- A lot of functionalities are not finished.

Dislike

It's not a dislike, but more of an area for improvement. Regarding the user interface, I sometimes find it untidy. My co-admin is still adjusting to becoming more efficient at customizing and learning new configurations because they are unsure where to find the exact settings.

    My overall Manage Engine experience has been truly excellent and positive. They simplify our patching, vulnerability, software deployment and security compliance concerns. It supports multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux and MacOS, and the process is straightforward as well. Now I know why they are called the Best UEM solution because they unified all our problems in just one click " boom" solved making it particularly attractive for organizations with mixed environments and security driven priorities.

    Before we bought ManageEngine, managing endpoints across our bank branches was a struggle. As the Core IT Incharge, I need something that would reduce manual work and keep us secure. Endpoint Central delivered on that. The patch management alone saves us hours of work every month, and the remote support tool means we don't have to visit branches for small issues. The implementation was straight forward and the team adapted to it quickly. Recommended for anyone in the sector looking for value.

    Legacy Windows Versions Segmented and Patched in Phases Using ManageEngine

    We deployed ManageEngine across 1500 endpoints (mix of user PCs and servers) to centralize patching and from replacing our old vnc setup for remote support.The biggest win for us was getting visibility into our OS Versions. We have a lot of legacy Windows 10 versions (from 1507 up to 22H2) and even some server 2012 R2. Being able to segment these and push patches in phases was crucial. The remote desktop feature works for our branch support team. It's much easier than managing separate vnc viewers.
