Unified device management streamlines setup, but console performance lags at times

    4.0
    Jul 27, 2026
We use Workspace ONE UEM to manage iOS/iPadOS, Android Enterprise, macOS, and Windows 10/11 from a single console. Enrollment via Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise has been reliable, compliance policies and profiles are straightforward, and Freestyle Orchestrator plus sensors give us useful automation for app installs, settings, and remediation. Per‑app VPN (Tunnel) and conditional access integrations help secure corporate data without hurting UX. Areas to improve: console performance can lag during peak hours, reporting/Intelligence data can be delayed, and Windows app/patch management sometimes requires scripting. Occasional Hub updates have prompted end users unexpectedly. Overall, it has reduced device setup time and improved compliance visibility compared with our previous tools.

Dislike

The user interface is not intuitive and can be very confusing. It also lacks some features that are necessary for a clean integration into other security systems like a SIEM.
