User have to go to Alation portal to look at metadata instead of able to see same details within tool they are working on. e.g. Snowflake
Starburst connector did not work well for us, Compose only supported user credentials instead of OAuth, Customer support was not able to fix our issues in time.
We have struggled with usable lineage, to their credit the team have been pro-active in supporting and trying to resolve but it remains noisy.
