In additional to being a fun and enjoyable experience, participating in these charitable events could improve employee engagements and job satisfaction. By taking part in community service projects, employee will feel proud of part of the company, that is being make a positive social impact.
Variety of categories to choose Challenges provided by them are engaging Deep analysis on what's been recorded within the organization and alerting to the whole mail group.
Some charities were greyed out and not approved with the platform. Descriptions on why they were not available were a little lacking.
One area requires attention and improvement is, the content offering in some countries (e.g. specific countries in EU), is lack of variety of content available. By actively seeking out and promoting diverse and engaging content, the product could be help to rich the experience of those in such countries.
