I love that Bright funds is a great resource for non-profit organizations in terms of volunteer hour logging and donations. It makes it super easy to find and understand different causes, and inspires people to donate or volunteer.
Easy to integrate platform, high quality support, many features
Any time we had issues or roadblocks, it was rather hard to get support from customer service. It would be sporadic in accuracy as well, forcing admins to figure out a lot of things on their own. We also had a lot of trouble adding local organizations to include for donations.
I wish more companies and organizations knew about it to add more local causes to give back to.
