Interface of InitLive is very easy to read, understand. Also, the colors are bright and friendly. Excellent customer support is provided. It can also be customized as per our requirements. It can be checked via mobile, this is the best part. Reports are also too good.
The platform helps in improving employee engagement and improving public relations. It is also very beneficial in creating a positive image for the brand.
I will say there is nothing which you can dislike about the product - Cost wise it may be debatable but again if you use it at scale its cheaper.
csv exports can be better. Bulk edit option should be there for shifts. It doesn't work on Internet Explorer.
The platform does not require direct involvement of employees which could lead to disconnection from actual mission.
