It is very easy to use and a large range of customization is available. There is no lag and can handle multiple requests at a time.

Interface of InitLive is very easy to read, understand. Also, the colors are bright and friendly. Excellent customer support is provided. It can also be customized as per our requirements. It can be checked via mobile, this is the best part. Reports are also too good.
Getting reports often requires manual exporting and manual cleanup. It can be improved in integrations with other tools and can provide AI assistance.
I will say there is nothing which you can dislike about the product - Cost wise it may be debatable but again if you use it at scale its cheaper.
csv exports can be better. Bulk edit option should be there for shifts. It doesn't work on Internet Explorer.
