Key features are:- - It has good Business process control system - provides compliance management and operational Risk Management. - It provides advanced visualization, automation and development of simple work process in a seamless manner.

Chart graphics are a bit simple but do the job.

The product was not user friendly, very little automation feature about 2 years ago

- The tool can be costly for small budget projects, can be more cost effective. - Reporting capabilities can be more detailed and improves. - It is yet to be integrated with mobile platforms.
