Cloud application is weak and lags behind development curve. Some issues with Alteryx server scaling. Complex use cases can have poor performance. Designer is expensive.

Read Full ReviewSometimes the model looks like a ball of yarn. So would love if there is a way to solve that. Also the UI needs some update. The company Alteryx, and I am sure I am not the only one who would say that. Their customer support is bad, and their product development is so slow. I understand when you launched the product, it was a very niche market and you could put a very high price point and its understandable. But with the rise of AI, I think you need to revaluate some of your decisions.

Alteryx have been one of the more customer centric vendors that I've used in the last 10 years. They are highly focused on valuable use cases and get a lot of value in bringing together various user demographics for events and knowledge shares. I've been impressed with how they have handled the community and human aspect of being a customer. On the flip side they have been subject to much internal change which has led to an uncertain experience with account managers and loss of key technical staff.
