The classic UX is easy to navigate, the number of analytical data tools available help us determine the correct model to use to use predictive behavior, and the number of unique models available are very helpful in finding the right fit for our predictions.
Good interface Good autoML features.
The product supports both AI/ML and GenAI model deployment and management with robust governance, compliance and security guardrails.
The annual contract is one of our most expensive vendor partnerships, but it is very predictable, which is great. I want greater flexibility in upgrade options, like the number of workers or production keys shouldn't be in bulk, but if I only need 1 more, I should be able to buy 1 more and not 3. Setting up API's isn't very intuitive and the documentation is confusing. There are a lot of DataRobot specific terms within it that if you aren't familiar with, can easily get you lost.
Significant version upgrades are not smooth. Moving from 8 to 11 needed step by step upgrade, 8->10->11.
Data Robot target audience are data scientists and looking forward to the new AI workbench with a simplified user experience. Would ideally like to see a simple, intuitive user interface for developing and managing AI Agents and develop AI workflows.
