Read Full ReviewDespite the fact that the product is very powerful, the service team is also excellent, and the level of support the company provides is exceptional. They partner with you on any project, they provide advice, and they provide time that is flexible with your schedule to resolve a problem or present a solution. Also, it is worth mentioning that the product's documentation feature saves the analyst a tremendous amount of time in preparing a full documentation of a model.

- Learning Curve is high even with provided education - It's hard to tell what is included in my install and what isn't - I wish it had more warning for newer modelers so they don't assume the system is working
Read Full ReviewI don't like how the tool is pitched to users. The end-to-end project process in datarobot skips over many needs in the beginning process like EDA, outlier cleaning, etc. If these tools were built in (more than just a bar or line chart -- would be useful to see 3 features plotted together to see interactions) then we'd be onto something. Skipping this misleads the user, suggesting that just dumping a dataset in can yield great results, when in reality, this will give issues during scoring.
Read Full ReviewI don't think there is a weakness; however, the platform's interface is so rich in options and functions that it could be considered very powerful for analysts with a statistical background and would probably be overwhelming for users who don't have a strong background.

Datarobot is still the best AutoML platform hands down. The ability to upload datasets, feature engineer, build models, experiment, evaluate, deploy, monitor, retrain is 2nd to none. We spend a lot of time experimenting on improvements because Datarobot has made all the other steps efficient. The GenAI/LLM capabilities are on par with leading edge platforms and carry forward the same capabilities. In short, Datarobot has a great UX. For small teams, you can run a mature MLOps process with a single person.
