I've had a positive experience with Alteryx AI. The platform integrates our various data sources (Tardis, AWS) and provides powerful, user-friendly analytics. The interface is quite intuitive, making it easy for users to automate and manage data workflows. My one piece of feedback is that there could be improvements in the documentation and support, especially for beginners on the platform

Our company uses Alteryx within the automation divisions next to other automation tools from RPA, BPM and Decision Management. While Alteryx is a great tool compared to competitors, it appears to be a bit outdated.

1. The interface is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy for both technical and non-technical users to create workflows 2. It has integrated well with all of our data sources and once we set up the connection it doesnt require much maintenance. 3. Alteryx has several useful analytics capabilities. We make a lot of use of their statistical analysis tools and their predictive modelling capabilities and the quality of the outputs are great.

works good for us for unstructured data intuitive usage, build drag&drop data flows it is not really required to have high SQL skills as the tool has predefined building blocks efficient even with high volume data

Alteryx has a user friendly interface, allowing an easy drag and drop of tools to the flow. Alteryx is also a leader in AI automation, allowing for predictive modeling and the automation of repetitive tasks. Finally, their scalability is second to none as no matter the data or processes, solutions are processed very timely.

There is not much customization possible. The platform is standardized across clients. The support from the Alteryx team is limited. The platform can be quite challenging to use for someone who hasn't used this type of platform before (e.g. marketers, brand)

The product can look very technical to someone without analytics knowledge and experience. Although the product is very powerful, it does come at a high cost.
