One of the strongest advantages of Adobe Analytics is its realtime data processing and monitoring which allows our team to track campaign performance and user as engagement as activity happens. This helps our marketing team quickly identify trends, adjust campaigns and respond to engagement changes without waiting for delayed reports. The platform's advanced segmentation and audience analysis capabilities are also extremely valuable. It allow us to build customized audience segments based on user behavior, demographics or engagement patterns, allowing us to tailor marketing messages more effectively and target the right audiences across different channels. Another key strength is its integration with the wider Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. This allows insights generated in analytics to directly inform other marketing tools such Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign. As a result, marketing insights can immediately influence campaign optimization, personalization strategies and customer engagement initiatives. Finally the reporting and dashboard flexibility makes collaboration across teams much easier. With drag and drop dashboards, freeform tables and customizable visualization, our teams can build clear and actionable reports without needing technical expertise. This allows marketing, sales and leadership teams to stay aligned around important performance metrics such as campaign engagement, customer retention and product interest.
Nice integration with Adobe Target. I can monitor more sophisticated success metrics for my campaigns or user funnels. Good online documentation also exists
Usablility of the tool is outstanding, the drag and drop 'Workspace' is probably easier to use than most other platforms on the market even outside of digital analytics. While the data setup can be complex the power of segments and metrics and the ease with which you can build them (as long as you understand them) is unmatched by the nearest competitor.
One limitation we experienced with Adobe Analytics is the lack of a free version, so we were unable to explore its capabilities before commiting to a full implementation. Additionally, their technical support team are slow in responding to our issues and enquiries.
Poor and outdated data visualization UI. Lack of customization, especially in dashboard creation. Cannot tweak individual visualizations, for example remove or add certain data labels, color grading, size and style of elements, colors and so on.
Where Adobe is working hard to promote its new analytics platform, the support and roadmap for Analytics is very limited. While the tool still outperforms its nearest competitor, unless you migrate to their newer platform it's likely it'll get overtaken in the future.

From a traditional digital analytics perspective, there are only really 2 players in the market, and when it comes to enterprise analytics it's Adobe all the way.
