Usablility of the tool is outstanding, the drag and drop 'Workspace' is probably easier to use than most other platforms on the market even outside of digital analytics. While the data setup can be complex the power of segments and metrics and the ease with which you can build them (as long as you understand them) is unmatched by the nearest competitor.

Where Adobe is working hard to promote its new analytics platform, the support and roadmap for Analytics is very limited. While the tool still outperforms its nearest competitor, unless you migrate to their newer platform it's likely it'll get overtaken in the future.
Read Full ReviewPoor and outdated data visualization UI. Lack of customization, especially in dashboard creation. Cannot tweak individual visualizations, for example remove or add certain data labels, color grading, size and style of elements, colors and so on.
