In my organization, I've never known about Mixpanel but I needed to track the payments of each course closed by the agents and paid by the users. This is when I learned the Mixpanel and started to understand it. Initially, It was hard to understand but gradually I've learned and it's very interesting and defined by the clear metrics.

Good support available from the team, always happy to help with adhoc tasks and urgent requests. Easy to use platform with some great insights to be gained, though it can be very slow to load results at times. I do suggest setting clear goals and targets for each analysis as there is an overwhelming amount of information available. It can be very time consuming to set-up new mappings for every detailed journey analysis you want to look at, and this is the biggest drawback. I would have seen more value from the platform given a larger internal team with an analyst role, so I would say it depends on the company you work for.
