Read Full Review1. The segmentation capabilities are good, allowing you to get really targeted in your campaigns. 2. The ability to view analytics at a flow as well as campaign level is also good. Useful to get deep insights down to variation performances. 3. The ability to conduct A/B tests is particularly useful for continuous campaign optimisation. 4. Also want to add the ability to view user activity on user profile is very insightful, but limited because of the 30-day timeframe.

Read Full ReviewToo many features many of which are too generic which makes it difficult to be used for all. Makes it over whelming. Focusing on core areas might be more helpful than being there with all the features or breaking these in categories.

We've faced constant issues and bugs when trying a feature we haven't tried yet or in segmentation rules not working in flows that has flow-on effects negatively impacting our customers' experience. 2. Sometimes UI doesn't feel intuitive, so some tasks take longer than they should. 3. Support is hit or miss. Sometimes support team is great at communicating progress updates, investigation outcomes and fixes, and other times they don't do any of this. We've solved our own problems previously because the team weren't able to help. The level of support is inconsistent.

However, the free trial period is sometimes too short to build a strong internal case for investment in resources to discover the worth. Providing best practice guides on how to effectively utilise AI tools, such as Sherpa user distribution, would help minimise trial and error, making it easier to understand the key drivers of campaign performance. Service: The technical service team is highly knowledgeable. We would appreciate it if the team troubleshooting the issues raised could take a step further in understanding the user's pain points with the platform or use cases, and proactively raising a feature request ticket when a solution is not currently available.

The interface is easy to navigate and insights are actionable.
