Moenegage deep behavior analysis is good. The platform allows us to track user actions on a granular level through custom events which are very expressive.

Useful to get deep insights down to variation performances. 3. The ability to conduct A/B tests is particularly useful for continuous campaign optimisation. 4. Also want to add the ability to view user activity on user profile is very insightful, but limited because of the 30-day timeframe.

We've faced constant issues and bugs when trying a feature we haven't tried yet or in segmentation rules not working in flows that has flow-on effects negatively impacting our customers' experience. 2. Sometimes UI doesn't feel intuitive, so some tasks take longer than they should. 3. Support is hit or miss. Sometimes support team is great at communicating progress updates, investigation outcomes and fixes, and other times they don't do any of this. We've solved our own problems previously because the team weren't able to help. The level of support is inconsistent.

MoEngage has allowed our company to decrease the campaign set up duration and increase the number of campaigns we have sent out. We have also done an assessment and found that implementing MoEngage has generally saved operational costs, the sum of MoEngage implementation, license, and MTU fees are still cheaper than if we do monthly subscription for our previous platforms.
