    A dedicated team has been assigned to support and have been instrumental in migrating our campaigns from our previous platform to this current one. While there are some limitations in replicating legacy campaign logic, the team has made consistent efforts to address these gaps and adapt the set up to match the capabilities of the new platform. That said, the platform itself meets our business needs well as it supports a wide variety of channels (Push notifications, email, content cards, etc), enabling us to reach our customers with both marketing and transactional communications effectively.

    MoEngage has allowed our company to decrease the campaign set up duration and increase the number of campaigns we have sent out. We have also done an assessment and found that implementing MoEngage has generally saved operational costs, the sum of MoEngage implementation, license, and MTU fees are still cheaper than if we do monthly subscription for our previous platforms. Development phase definitely took time, and the data transfer was also a long process, but it's better to do all of those things in the beginning before automating our campaigns.
