What stands out the most for me is how well the platform handles customer journeys and campaign setups, it's flexible and makes personalization across channels much simpler. Overall, it's helped us improve how we engage with our customers and saved a lot of manual effort .

I appreciate the intuitive design of certain features and I think the platform has a lot of potential. The support you get from the team is great and hands on. Most features are easy to use. However, there have been a lot of issues that have taken a while to fix and have made us lack trust in new features. Better testing, more consistent user experience across modules, and prioritisation of issue resolution would improve the reliability of the platform
