The email platform and its interface
Never had any email deliverability issues, nor faced any hiccups in sending out emails to our lists. The tools available are also handy in my day-to-day operations, and they have been continuously coming up with new features and tools to further improve the overall package.
1) Though the service support has come down a long way, a bit of working on DIY solutions will help a lot. 2) More frequent training sessions and a pro-active approach in implementing the new features with the client system is missing. 3) Still, in a few scenarios, the product has the scope of getting more flexible. Eg. API integration wherein we can pass multiple values in a single field.
The maintenance, service and billing.
I dislike that the team always push an update to the interface/introducing new tools that disrupt current tools without a heads up. This not only makes me spend time to learn the new interface, but to also raise tickets to flag the disrupted tools. One example is their latest push to the new email performance page, where some of the things cannot load. Luckily, they still support the soon-to-be deprecated performance page that I am familiar with.
