I primarily use Amplitude for their newer Guides & Surveys (in-app promotion creation) product. I was involved in helping select this product during vendor evaluations and ultimately worked with my company's primary stakeholders to sign a contract with Amplitude (we demoed the product with CommandAI, which was bought by Amplitude during our evaluation). While the product has lent itself well to easily creating visually-appealing in-app promotions with no coding, we have encountered several road bumps along the way that haven't made for the smoothest experience, including targeting limitations, integration limitations (primarily Salesforce - not being able to sync over Contact-level fields), and several bugs while Amplitude continues to ramp up their support for this new product. I will say, however, that the Amplitude Support team, along with our CSM and GM, have listened to our feedback very intently and worked to solve a lot of the limitations we faced early on.Read all insights and reviews for Amplitude Analytics
