Year, it is great at the moment, but we would like to have the function of live-chat (it is not convenient sometimes to make phone calls) and FAQ-section (it will be useful for Kissmetrics and customers, because Kissmetrics can easier provide analytics on their problematic issues, and the users can compare the schemes of usage between different users). One more thing, it would be amazing if the service was able on the Android and iOS platforms as well.
