The amount of features CSQ has is very helpful. For example, our CRM team heavily relies on form submissions - performing regular form analyses on our members, registrations, and dining pages help us understand when (and how) users are struggling.
1. Insights by Contentsquare is quite impressive, user experience on our websites has been noticeably improved, which has raised engagement and conversion rates. 2. Great support: Every time we've run into problems or needed help using a certain function, the support has been quick to respond. 3. With the visualization tools, you could evaluate user behaviour. Data driven decision-making by heat-maps, session replays and converions funnels is impressive.
Unique features such as session replay (I don't think it's available from other big vendors), zoning analysis or journey analysis. I think the most useful is session replay - it's truly a great feature that lets you see what the customer sees and feels using your website. Also, it was quite an easy task to setup the tracking.
The greatest strength (number of features) can sometimes feel too overwhelming - onboarding journey is really steep. Sense AI is great but some responses can feel generic. There's too much data but not much insight (in simpler terms)
1. Contentsquare has a cost, and installation cost might be deterrent for startups or smaller companies with tight budgets. 2. Contentsquare manages large volumes of data, it's a good option for big websites with a lot of visitors. 3. Although it provides integrations APIs, the integration process might take longer and cause problems.
I think for apps it requires a much more detailed install than for the web - if possible I'd like the app analytics setup to be as simple as the web one. Also, session replay and other data-heavy features may be loading for quite a while, which sometimes makes them unusable.
