It has very good natural language understanding, emotional intelligence and multilingual capabilities. We have integrated Amelia to reduce ticket volume from helpdesk. There were so many tickets getting generated for common infrastructure issues and common queries like Password reset, Teams issues, Outlook issues, Zoom and any other product related issues. We have provided step by step instructions and addressed all user queries in one interface. Our Admins have saved significant time due to this Automation. Yearly we have saved around 10-12k in generic INCs. Amelia has advanced natural language processing system that solves complex queries with contextual awareness. Amelia offers customizable workflows, businesses can build their own workflows & automate repetitive tasks.

Multi-domain and domain switching feature when you have AI agents for more than one domain. Flexibility to customize workflows which helps streamline operations. Easy model training and workflow building. Low code, easy to integrate with other systems. Integration with other systems via API, DB connectivity or host connectivity. UI can be customized as per need, Right hand panel is available for detailed instructions with screenshots.

The biggest weakness currently is with Analytics. There are basic call funnel metrics and Amelia has the ability to add custom metrics, which is important. However, there is no drill-down capability and filtering options are minimal.

    Be willing to put in the elbow grease and you'll get a great product

    Amelia provides a quality product/solution. This is not an "out of the box" solution and we've had to work extensively to tailor the product for our industry. We have had bumps in the road in our implementation but the Amelia team has consistently responded and risen to the occasion to meet our needs.

    Smart and scalable, but not plug-and-play.

    Our overall experience has been positive. The product delivers strong voice tech and integrates well with our workflows. However, it did take a significant amount of time to setup and to build as well as train the model and fine tune the workflows. Technology is solid and performs reliably when installed. We look forward to expanding this to other use cases across the organization. The team from Amelia is very dedicated to our success and is an extension of our team, always available to help. This goes all the way up to the CEO.
