Amelia is widely recognized as the leading conversational AI platform that delivers human-like interactions across customer service, IT Support, HR and many more business units. It has very good natural language understanding, emotional intelligence and multilingual capabilities. We have integrated Amelia to reduce ticket volume from helpdesk. There were so many tickets getting generated for common infrastructure issues and common queries like Password reset, Teams issues, Outlook issues, Zoom and any other product related issues. We have provided step by step instructions and addressed all user queries in one interface. Our Admins have saved significant time due to this Automation. Yearly we have saved around 10-12k in generic INCs. Amelia has advanced natural language processing system that solves complex queries with contextual awareness. Be willing to put in the elbow grease and you'll get a great product
Amelia provides a quality product/solution. This is not an "out of the box" solution and we've had to work extensively to tailor the product for our industry. We have had bumps in the road in our implementation but the Amelia team has consistently responded and risen to the occasion to meet our needs.
