How easily accessible it is for non-tech users. To create, edit and monitor the AI chat bots it's done in a way that all levels of users can not only understand, but can improve and change the chat bot with minimal help from our IT team.

Inability to route contacts based on agent skill levels. Unsure if this is a restriction of the platform or a feature we haven't yet utilised.
Before getting access to the internal sites and documentation, it was a bit challenging scoping out the company initially. A lot of other similar services has their documentation public so it was easier to review and get a better understanding.
