It has very good natural language understanding, emotional intelligence and multilingual capabilities. We have integrated Amelia to reduce ticket volume from helpdesk. There were so many tickets getting generated for common infrastructure issues and common queries like Password reset, Teams issues, Outlook issues, Zoom and any other product related issues. We have provided step by step instructions and addressed all user queries in one interface. Our Admins have saved significant time due to this Automation. Yearly we have saved around 10-12k in generic INCs. Amelia has advanced natural language processing system that solves complex queries with contextual awareness. Amelia offers customizable workflows, businesses can build their own workflows & automate repetitive tasks.

Multi-domain and domain switching feature when you have AI agents for more than one domain. Flexibility to customize workflows which helps streamline operations. Easy model training and workflow building. Low code, easy to integrate with other systems. Integration with other systems via API, DB connectivity or host connectivity. UI can be customized as per need, Right hand panel is available for detailed instructions with screenshots.

How easily accessible it is for non-tech users. To create, edit and monitor the AI chat bots it's done in a way that all levels of users can not only understand, but can improve and change the chat bot with minimal help from our IT team.

not as such but the cost of the product is a bit high.

Inability to route contacts based on agent skill levels. Unsure if this is a restriction of the platform or a feature we haven't yet utilised.

Before getting access to the internal sites and documentation, it was a bit challenging scoping out the company initially. A lot of other similar services has their documentation public so it was easier to review and get a better understanding.

    Amelia provides a quality product/solution. This is not an "out of the box" solution and we've had to work extensively to tailor the product for our industry. We have had bumps in the road in our implementation but the Amelia team has consistently responded and risen to the occasion to meet our needs.
