I value the system's configurability and its many features. It is essential to explore all capabilities to ensure they are beneficial to your institution.
Anthology Student makes it easy to update course content and academic program details. Using one platform to control all curriculum details has decreased mistakes and made our academic programs run more smoothly.
The platform is robust in it's configuration, so you have plenty of options to customize within the system itself.
There are a few critical features that have not fully matured or were rendered not usable based on how data was migrated into our system. An example is a degree audit. There is a foundational set of daya required to be configured and structured in order for this function to work properly.
Our student information system shows major problems when connecting to this tool. Using Anthology Student with our student information system results in a rough data flow which disrupts system harmony and demands our staff to fix problems manually.
Some of their cloud-based solutions ride atop architecture from other vendors that can be updated without anyone's knowledge.
