All the people that participate in the project are great however there is always a disconnection between the Sales Team and the PM, the PM and the Implementer and the Implementer and the developer. Once you pass that and learn then things start to move

Compared to the previous versions, this new version allows you to customize some things

sending loads to driver, the concept, drivers can send paperwork via trimble

I like that it's straight forward and customizable

UI still needs some work

not very user friendly- hard to teach drivers, the paperwork from drivers wouldn't submit properly, overall the product wasn't efficient. when having to deal with customer service, I didn't find they were very helpful.

I do not like the old look of the program

Can handle basic processes but freezes and crashes a lot. When leaving notes a crash will case all of the data to be removed and you have to go back to reenter everything. The program could allow for more variation in data (such is completion by dates for work) before locking out. Also, pulling previous and future history is very slow and frequently causes the program to freeze.

TMW works as well as you'd expect. There are some glitches and it has a very old design, but otherwise it does what it's supposed to do!

The program works pretty flawlessly, only thing I would say is that it can definitely use an update to it's appearance.
