The best part about the product which we as users mostly like is multiple booking portals, real time tracking visibility along with the adoption of AI in place into Shipsy product. The rider app is also very user friendly for our riders and regular updates over the play store from time to time making it bug free along with new feature updates. BI dashboard which is very very very helpful to collect the data even for last so many years that provides best possibility of data collection and log validation. AI in place is helping us navigate to the root causes much more easily along with narrowing down our approach. The best part is that they have integrated AI into the product
