1. Resolution Time: If the ticket resolution is faster for low priority technical or configuration request, as current response time can occasionally slow down operations. 2. More Custom Development: While support is good, minor workflow changes require custom coding. Such granular adjustments should be allowed to be done at our end. 3. The initial setup time for connecting with highly unique legacy system (ERP/WMS) is very lengthy. Streamlining this complex integration process would be of great help.
