Its intuitive user interface and customizable workflow allow it to be tailored to our operational requirements and integrates smoothly with our existing ERP & WMS systems. Shipsy product has been with full of new insights and updated functionalities as from time to time as per our raised requirements. The deployments with bug fixes and enhancements that are done in weekly meets have proven the worth for its implementation. Shipsy product and the app has been very UI friendly with easy access to multiple tabs and functionality available due to which the productivity of our work has been enhanced with multiple workaround solutions if one of functionality goes down. Amazing!! Shipsy app has been commendable where its very user friendly along with data driven capabilities. Shipsy platform has been amazing from the perspective of AI technology. The most amazing use case is data transparency and real time tracking of the consignments. It was good to work on tabs differentiating First mile, Middle mile & Last mile ops very clearly. The BI tool that is in place for data analytics is truly worth appreciating. Thank you so much team!
While Shipsy offers strong functionality overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface, although intuitive, can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially when handling large volumes of data or switching between modules. Additionally, certain advanced customizations require support from the Shipsy team which can cause delays in implementation timelines. A more self-service configuration model would be helpful for faster adaptability. That said, the team is very responsive to feedback and actively works on product enhancements, so we're confident these areas will continue to improve.
