What I appreciate most about Go-Comet is its real-time shipment visibility and automated tracking system. Excellent service from GC team. All improvement discussions are taken in a positive stride and resolved quickly. Weekly touchpoint. Platform allows lane analysis for SPOT rates and assists with compliance/audit, especially for lanes where the lowest bidder was not awarded the biz. Incidence Lens and Auto Docs upload are very good additions.
While Go-comet offers excellent features and visibility, one area that could be improved is the customization of reports and dashboards. At times, we have found it challenging to tailor analytics to our specific KPIs without additional support. Also, occasional delays in syncing tracking data from certain carriers can affect real-time accuracy, especially during peak shipping periods. However, the support team is responsive and continuously works on resolving such issues, which gives us confidence in the platform's ongoing improvement.
