What I like most about Shippeo is that it makes a hard job a lot simpler. Instead of making phone calls all day to check where loads are, everything is tracked in real time in one place. ETAs and geofencing are great tools that help protect our KPIs.
Well known and one of the biggest product in the market
I love that I can see everything in one platform in an easy to use interface. The support teams are great: quick to answer and able to find solutions to every questions we had regarding integration with our system.
Tracking isnt always perfect if the integration between Shippeo and our GPS provider isnt active. The Insight dashboard could be more user friendly. A new onboarding can take time if our GPS provider, or our subcontractors gps provider, is not integrated to Shippeo.
Poor support, lack of communication, capability of customization
The full potential of what you can do with the tool and dashboards can be a little intimidating at first if you are not used to this kind of software. But the core functionality is easy to get proficient with.
