Since the beginning, we had a very good demo and POC experience with the Shipsy team, that made them stand out within the TMS selection tender and later evolved into a well-oiled, recurrent communication for features and requirement definitions on both sides. We found that apart from being one of the most well-rounded solutions on the market for our specific needs, they were very open to developing custom features for our business and operational needs with the due prioritization on both ends. As for the current day-to-day operation, incidents are met with fast response times and solutions, and the system itself is very easy to use, intuitive, and complete with everything we need for our last-mile operations.

I like how easy it is to track everything in real-time. The rider app is very practicalit works offline, allows proof-of-delivery with photos, and helps handle exceptions quickly. The dashboards and notifications also save a lot of time and make operations transparent.

Dislike

There were some features or information fields in specific views or dashboards that weren't functional or available to us for a long time after implementation (none vital to operations), we have had minor bugs or needed fixes after implementation but nothing out of the ordinary or that we wouldn't expect with such a complex integration, and specific customizations of some criteria that weren't possible without new development and prioritizations.

Did not like the way team communicates with the client

Some things that could be better: 1- The initial setup is complicated with many options and rules to configure. 2- Reporting is limited; sometimes we still need exports or extra tools for custom reports. 3- Data quality is importantif addresses or order info are wrong, the system doesnt work as smoothly.

    We’ve been using Shipsy for managing deliveries and overall it has been really helpful. It keeps all the orders, tracking, and exceptions in one place. The real-time updates and rider app make it easy to know what’s happening on the ground. Some things take time to set up, but once configured, the system runs smoothly and reduces a lot of manual work.
