One unified platform to handle all of our outbound needs
What I value most is the end-to-end transparency. Having a single source of truth for shipment tracking allows us to manage customer expectations before an issue arises. Having a dedicated point of contact who actually understands our specific industry constraints rather than a generic call center is a massive differentiator.
Carrier portfolio is wide, but having it further enlarged would help with higher speed and cost containment.
The volumes of our parcel business has created issues in terms of processing and planning
1. While the core service is strong, the billing transparency for ancillary charges could be improved to help us better predict our total landed costs. 2. The user interface on the client portal feels a bit dated and can be unintuitive when trying to pull historical data reports quickly. 3. The communication is excellent during routine shipments, but there is a slight delay in proactive notification during transit exceptions or network related disruptions.
