Compared to the previous versions, this new version allows you to customize some things
sending loads to driver, the concept, drivers can send paperwork via trimble
I like that it's straight forward and customizable
UI still needs some work
not very user friendly- hard to teach drivers, the paperwork from drivers wouldn't submit properly, overall the product wasn't efficient. when having to deal with customer service, I didn't find they were very helpful.
I do not like the old look of the program

Easy to follow but frequent freezing and crashing make it not a great choice
Can handle basic processes but freezes and crashes a lot. When leaving notes a crash will case all of the data to be removed and you have to go back to reenter everything. The program could allow for more variation in data (such is completion by dates for work) before locking out. Works well

The program works pretty flawlessly, only thing I would say is that it can definitely use an update to it's appearance.
