The ability to customize rules based on our unique payer requirements is one of the best features of Aptarro.
Occasionally we experience slowness within the application. If this happens, the Support Team is always able to quickly collaborate to remedy the root issue.
Limitations in reporting - the inability to easily add the service location to the reports
There are still functions that do not integrate with our PM system. There are also limitations on the depth to which we can write certain rules. We need to have the ability to update fees and change insurance carriers within Aptarro which is currently not an option with our PM system.

Product's Usability Outweighs Support Deficiencies
Overall, I would say that my experience has been great. The system is easy to use once you get a hang of it. The rules are sometimes tricky and take time to create but the end result is fabulous. The only thing I am not so happy about is that we cannot just call someone.
