Product's Usability Outweighs Support Deficiencies
Overall, I would say that my experience has been great. The system is easy to use once you get a hang of it. The rules are sometimes tricky and take time to create but the end result is fabulous. The only thing I am not so happy about is that we cannot just call someone. Everything is through a ticket system and we do not get the same attention that we did when we first implemented the product a couple of years ago.
