Easy to implement and use.

Front of house administration for registering patients is a lot faster than the older versions of meditech. We have also limited the amount of paper usage which is definitely an improvement to the working environment preventing loss of information and safeguarding of information. It is really good in that it keeps comprehensive and extensive patient information records.

The patient data in MEDITECH Expanse makes me feel protected with the tight additional security that offers complete privacy and built-in auditing of patient data in MEDITECH Expanse. Safe and easy integration with billing software helps to provide ample time savings and reduces data entry mistakes.

It can be expensive for smaller organizations.

There seems to be many clicks in order to complete some simple tasks I do think there should be quicker and more efficient ways of doing certain things.

Patient registration seems like an endless clicking when entering data, going from one window to another and switching tabs. This hampers the documentation process and in turn reduces my productivity, more so when conducting clinic days.
