Overall my experience with Cerner has been largely positive, particularly given the scale and complexity of the healthcare environments in which it's deployed.

This product stands out for covering everything from clinical management to administrative processes, with a strong focus on integration and standardization of care. A positive aspect is that it reduces the need for multiple systems and integrates well with other InterSystems products. While the interface is somewhat outdated in some modules and has complex navigation, this doesn't significantly impact the overall experience.

The platform has demonstrated excellent performance in improving the clinical experience, centralizing data, and supporting medical decisions with advanced digital resources. Furthermore, there is strong integration with the InterSystems ecosystem and seamless communication between clinical and administrative systems, reducing rework and data inconsistencies. However, it is relatively new to the market, and some functionalities may still be evolving; implementation can be lengthy and require detailed planning, necessitating a specialized team.

Epic is a very user friendly platform to navigate and have a variety of different features to integrate.
