TrakCares appointment scheduling and secure messaging have enhanced patient relationship management and enhanced the number of patients attending appointments with increased satisfaction levels.

Probably the product has more to offer but we have not seen the benefits yet

Scalability, customization, robust support for clinical workflows and the ability to streamline healthcare processes.

Adapting workflows for our requirements has been quite difficult. The pre-configured templates are not always in harmony with our current processes which leads to some waste of time.

Customization is cumbersome, time taken to resolve issues extremely lengthy.....

As it is a software, it is common that there will always be some room for improvement. For me it is working smoothly.
