As Aquila continues to expand their portfolio, we found a couple of isolated incidents where the recommendations didn't align with the capabilities of the cloud region we were deployed to. These were sorted out quickly by their team and we were able to continue to use their recommendations.
For new user the platofrm interface is slightly complex, and the customization of reports and filters is somewhat difficult.
The platform is highly comprehensive, but our customers initially required guidance to navigate its vast feature set. However,, the excellent onboarding support provided by the Aquila Clouds team has made the learning curve manageable , ensuring customer satisfaction over time.
