I believe that the tool has good flexibility but I think the safe guards in the way you can customize actually help to promote a better tool experience making sure you don't make decisions that could hurt you later down the line but also giving you the ability of what you need to do. I said above, but their services & people are exceptional

Relay functionality passing task from one user group to another
I think it can be hard to run a truly automated workflow without a human in the middle. I think their new MCP AI will change that
Its user interface is dated which detracts from its overall capabilities. Some of the integrations are not user-friendly - particularly where the integration requires an entity identifier to be entered first to bring back potential matches; what takes seconds in a web-based tool takes minutes in Aravo because of the way the integration is built.
Limitations on reporting - e.g. not able to extract a report of a facility's performance over time, there are fields that overwrite and lose the previous status of the facility. Unable to enter assessments offline and upload later - auditors experience issues with connectivity at some sites and have to manually re-enter audit details after the fact.
