CRITICAL

“Disappointment in what used to be a great company before they were acquired”

1.0
Dec 29, 2023
I was a fan of Aruba, but I started to see some issues when they were acquired by HP, but now they terrible. I have used Aruba APs for ten years and when there was an initiative to upgrade to newer technology, there was no question that it would be Aruba. I very much regret this decision now. We replaced a functioning system with AP 635s and they do not work. We have spent two months with Aruba support trying to solve the problems and have made no improvement. Their tech support is now in to delaying tactics because they have no solutions or idea why it doesn't work. This isn't just a small functionality that is not working. They do not allow roaming. They constantly drop clients. What I consider basic for a Wi-Fi network.
