Asimily Likes & Dislikes

Device identification, risk determination, utilization metrics, detailed device data, integrations - specifically with Renovo Live, and ProSecure Product documenation is built into the portal.

I like that it provides vulnerabilities per asset and a remediation. The searching feature in Asimily is really nice and gives plenty of options to search for anything. Their support team is able to help with any problem in a timely manner.

Identify IOT devices that are not in use. The ability to run customized reports for my different departments. The integrations with other products I own helps give me a better picture of my vulnerabilities.

The product support documentation is good. I would like content available on the why, not just the how to implement integration for example.

I am not a fan of all the options they provide, it gets very confusing on what you are looking at. You are only given a limited number of reports to download in ProSecure and it does not refresh. Their training is not the best but its also not the worst. Wish they had more in depth training to provide.

The help guides for some features need updating. When installing new integrations I needed to reach out to get clarification on what to do next.

Asimily is a good product that covers a group of devices that can be challenged to ensure they remain patched. It functions as a network monitor for east-west traffic as well which I find really helpful.

Asimily provides such great detail as to the specific vulnerabilities and also how to remediate them. It does an incredible job at gathering data from it's listening devices and is very accurate. The customer service is 110%, well beyond any other application service we subscribe too.
