The dashboard is user-friendly and easy to use. Reports are customizable and easy to interpret. Integration with CMMS is helpful to consolidate data.
I like that it provides vulnerabilities per asset and a remediation. The searching feature in Asimily is really nice and gives plenty of options to search for anything. Their support team is able to help with any problem in a timely manner.

Capabilities to upload and import data can be improved.
I am not a fan of all the options they provide, it gets very confusing on what you are looking at. You are only given a limited number of reports to download in ProSecure and it does not refresh. Their training is not the best but its also not the worst. Wish they had more in depth training to provide.
Nothing that I dislike about the product or service since the beginning. This is the first product we incorporated into our system applications for cyber risk management.
