Pricing is competitive and allows us to only have one compliance specialist on staff in our company as we can rely on Assent for most of the efforts. It is difficult to know how many services are opened to me, and some clarification would be necessary to maximise use of services.
1. Slow response times from customer service representatives and/or lack of response. 2. The lack of clarity regarding the integration between the ASP and the ASM. If, as an Assent customer, products have already been loaded into the ASM, why do I have to identify them in the ASP? 3. When in the ASP, there are a few different areas to find customer requests. It is not always easy to figure out where to look. Even clicking on the link in the email does not always take you directly to that customer's request. And there is no notification from the ASP that a request has been received.
Things are getting better, but in the past response times for technical problems were too slow. But they have really upped their game in the last year with technical support. Sometimes, though, you still have to push them to escalate an emerging technical problem.
