CBX provides us with a complete tool to monitor Environmental and Social Impacts within the supply chain. This single-page view provides a more strategic view of sustainability and allows us to see where we stand.
CB&T has a knack for doing so, for information on supplier sustainability practices. This makes collection easier, thus offering a one-stop-shop look into the environmental and social activities being conducted by our suppliers.
Using this method of data export and import from CBX to the ERP is a cumbersome affair and comes with potential for errors. This issue hinders our capacity to integrate the platform and gain the full potential of automation in the processes .
The details of certain measurements or the generation of special presentations for different audiences are also challenging. This lack of sub-totals hampers analysis of trends or generating useful information for decision making based on facts.
The reporting features are poor as they reduce my chances of getting meaningful information from the information systems I use. I need to extract data and use more tools for analysis of the trends there.

Potential for improvements
Vendor seems able to accommodate our changes. The standard product seems however to lack a lot of functions which you would expect from the industry standard and best practice and as such it ends up in lots of "custom" development to get the product to industry standards.
