I appreciate the ability to declare for multiple products as well as upload the documentation for our customers should they need it. I appreciate that there is now a place to make a note about why I am unable to declare as well. Another thing that helped was being able to upload our entire product catalog. Many times we can declare for our entire catalog, making the process even easier.

1. There are people available with expertise in various areas of compliance regulations. 2. The database is accessible and makes information readily available once the data has been loaded. 3. The service provides a level of expertise that is not present in our organization.

Great support staff to obtain our data from our 1,100 suppliers. Great software to store and maintain data. Pricing is competitive and allows us to only have one compliance specialist on staff in our company as we can rely on Assent for most of the efforts. Very good reporting capabilities to see your data in various ways. The API allows us to import the data to our e-commerce websites.

I feel like a big weakness is that there is no way to show that requests that we are unable to respond to are not marked as pending. I can place a note as to why we cannot declare for that item, but the line in Requests will still say not started. This can be corrected. There should be a way to better track those items. As a distributor of items, we cannot declare for an entire part number, we must track by lot #. So as far as REACH & RoHS or Full Material disclosures, we need a lot number to provide this information. We also provide ROHS compliance on the invoices customers receive, so they do not need to request it on this platform. There needs to be a better way of getting these requests off the Not Started list so that we can clear up the requests.

1. Slow response times from customer service representatives and/or lack of response. 2. The lack of clarity regarding the integration between the ASP and the ASM. If, as an Assent customer, products have already been loaded into the ASM, why do I have to identify them in the ASP? 3. When in the ASP, there are a few different areas to find customer requests. It is not always easy to figure out where to look. Even clicking on the link in the email does not always take you directly to that customer's request. And there is no notification from the ASP that a request has been received.

Things are getting better, but in the past response times for technical problems were too slow. But they have really upped their game in the last year with technical support. Sometimes, though, you still have to push them to escalate an emerging technical problem.
