Have an intuitive design that makes it easy for teams to adopt and use effectively

Flexiability and cusomtisation options which are really helpful but also can be time consuming to set up (more on that in my net comment). The mobile app barecode scanning was also great.

The ability to easily scan, track, and manage assets in real time via a mobile app is highly convenient, especially for teams that are frequently on the move. The could-based nature of the system makes it accessible from anywhere, which is a big plus form businesses with multiple locations or remote teams.

Initial setup and customization can be complex without training

Improving reporting functionality and initial set up was quite a mission due to all the customisation steps which is great but maybe for the initial set up their should be a Quick Recommended step up option and then the user can customrise later down the line.

Customer support executive do not respond to queries in a timely manner, which can be frustrating when dealing with urgent issues or needing quick assistance.
