The main drawback is the support for international operations. Global Support sometimes takes longer than expected to resolve issues. Also, the reporting tools could be more advanced, right now they require manual work to integrate with our internal analytics system.

AT&T platform is a bit tricky to understand and if someone wants to customize their platform, it is not easy to do that.
